Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Q-AUTO Requestor, provided by Q-Auto L.L.C for authorized facility staff.

Access is limited to users provisioned by your organization. You must use your assigned credentials and maintain their confidentiality.

• Submit accurate maintenance requests and asset information.
• Use photos and QR scanning only for legitimate facility maintenance purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with app security or infrastructure.

The app is provided on an "as is" basis for internal facility operations. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Your organization may deactivate accounts at any time. You may delete your requestor account in the app. Upon deletion, authentication access ends and profile data is removed subject to retention requirements for submitted maintenance records.

To the extent permitted by law, Q-Auto L.L.C is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Maintenance response times depend on your facility's operations.
